Novatec produces ultrasonic cleaning plant, and other surface finishing equipment. The key product is the PLURITANK range which, owing to its modular construction method, is designed to meet the many requirements associated with industrial batch cleaning.
PLURITANK ultrasonic cleaning systems comprise a combination of different process modules where reliable and efficient 2 or 3 axes handling systems perform the full automation of the plants. Our treatment systems are controlled by PLCs complete with HMI interface, either touch-screen or PC type to monitor constantly all process phases also through working statistics. In order to comply with the “Quality System” plants are fitted with bar code readers for the automatic control of the type of parts to be treated and with on-line support equipment for the remote monitoring of the machine.
